How Twitter can help your business grow significantly

Ask any social media expert and they will tell you that if you’re a business that wants to connect with professionals, friends, and customers, Twitter is one of the best places to start! You can start to get to know little things about people that help make introductions more like a third date and it also is a great place to share great content.

For example, you may be stuck on a project and you simply vent your anger on twitter about what is wrong, and if your connected well enough, you just may have people asking what you need help with and solutions to your problem in no time.

It’s also a great place to show off your talents. If your good at something Twitter it. It gets “JeremyMcLean” branded in a way that you want your audience to see you as. You can coin the old phrase “just be yourself” and that’s why Twitter can help professionals land job interviews, get to know possible contractors for a project, etc.

The sky is the limit with Twitter and here’s why. We all know Facebook is the big Sheriff in town right now but Facebook is a bit on the personal side, and I believe you should only add people to Facebook that you trust. Twitter is the perfect offset to the social media king because its simply a buzz-biz concept. Yes i just coined a new phrase “buzz-biz” - use it with caution! What I mean by this is - it has the “What is this person doing” buzz factor for any size business.

I personally am new to the Twitter world but have seen its positive sides already. Social Media is a heavy hitter so all you entrepreneurs out there wondering if there is a way to reach customers effectively and for free! - well here’s your answer! Another Blog that goes into more detail on how Twitter can help you professionally can be found here, and if you want a reference to a Twitter experiment you can check out another Blog here.
